Building the execution
infrastructure layer for
mid-market enterprises.

Three decades delivering technology transformation across Fortune 500s, high-growth enterprises, and startups across the US, India, Europe, and SE Asia. Now building IntelliconnectQ to solve the execution gap at scale.

The pattern I've seen across every enterprise

Most organisations don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail because their systems can't execute the strategy they already have. Data exists. Dashboards exist. The tools exist. Execution breaks.

The gap isn't between ambition and capability — it's between strategy and the systems that are supposed to carry it.

I've seen this across manufacturing in SE Asia, banking at scale in India, managed services in the US, and logistics across the. It's not a vertical problem. It's an infrastructure problem. The mid-market — $10M to $500M in revenue — is where it's most acute and most under-served. Enterprise SaaS is built for the Fortune 500. The mid-market inherits the complexity without the resources to manage it.

That structural gap is why I started IntelliconnectQ. Not dashboards. Not chatbots. Systems that close the loop between a decision and the action that carries it out — running in production, compounding over time.

Previously: VP & Head of Technology Strategy at India's 3rd largest private bank (2015) — leading Big Data, ML, cloud modernisation, and enterprise automation at scale. Before that: technology leadership across Fortune 500s and high-growth companies in the US, India, and SE Asia.

What I'm constructing

IntelliconnectQ is the primary vehicle. The products below are either built and live, in active beta, or in build as equity ventures. Each one is part of the same execution infrastructure thesis.

IntelliconnectQ Analytics
Live

Execution infrastructure for enterprise operations — AI agents, real-time BI, and automation systems for manufacturing, logistics, managed services, and distribution. We don't build dashboards or pilots; we build systems that run in production.

OpsGrid-Lite
Live

Your team types one question. Your ERP answers. No new app. No login. No 6-click navigation. Marketing, customer service, and ops teams query live business data in plain language — via chat, from any device. Live now for a mid-market manufacturer on a custom ERP. What SaaS copilots charge $50/user/month for, we deployed on open infrastructure for a fraction of that.

OpsGrid
Active Beta

The same conversational intelligence, productised for Dynamics 365 Business Central. OpsGrid monitors BC, detects issues early, and surfaces ranked operational decisions into Microsoft Teams — purchase orders, transfer orders, reschedules pre-drafted for approval. Nothing writes to BC without explicit human sign-off. Built for the BC schema, the BC permission model, the BC operator.

QHub Wiki AI
Open Source

Built out of our own frustration. My team and I were spending hours searching documentation — for each other, for customers, for new team members onboarding. The answer existed somewhere in WikiJS; finding it was the problem. QHub solves exactly that: type a question in your browser tab and get an answer from your company's knowledge base instantly — without opening WikiJS, without browsing, without searching manually.

Self-hosted, unlimited users, $0/month. Runs on WikiJS + Qdrant vector DB, deploys via a single Ansible command, works with any LLM API. Apache 2.0 licensed, live at multiple client sites.

In Build

A logistics aggregator platform for the South Asian market. IntelliconnectQ is the technology partner and shareholder, building the full AI infrastructure: agentic shipment management, real-time carrier intelligence, and operational knowledge layer. This is the equity venture model — we co-own outcomes, not just deliverables.

From the field

Practitioner perspectives on AI agents, operational intelligence, and the shift from automation to execution infrastructure. Published at IntelliconnectQ Insights — no trend roundups, no hot takes.

One invoice workflow changed how our clients think about AI
We automated invoice reconciliation. What happened next — cross-department collaboration, decentralised decisions, continuous improvement — had nothing to do with invoices.
How to unify ERP, CRM, and operations data — without ripping everything out
Most mid-market manufacturers run 4–7 disconnected systems. The problem isn't the tools — it's that decisions stall because nobody has the full picture.
Power Platform on the shop floor: a garment manufacturer's supplier portal
A bespoke garment manufacturer managing JIT fabric ordering through WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Five disconnected systems. One build that connected all of them.
Apache Superset for a manufacturer: embedded BI that executives actually use
How we deployed embedded analytics that became a core product feature — and ended the weekly report-building ritual for leadership.
Employee lifecycle automation across 7 client companies — without custom software
An MSP handling onboarding and offboarding manually across hundreds of clients. One missed offboarding — a compliance incident. Here's the system we built.
We replaced 6 clicks with one chat message — a manufacturer's customer service story
A real deployment. Three departments. Live ERP data. No new app, no login, no training beyond "just send a message."
Why your BI implementation will fail — 4 pitfalls we've seen firsthand
60–85% of BI initiatives fail to meet objectives. Here's what we've learned from real deployments — and what to do instead.
